    Your luggage stowed in our luggage lockers is 100% secure. Our luggage lockers are under 24/7 video surveillance!

    In all of our baggage lockers you can pay by Visa and Mastercard and Maestro circuit. Payment by American Express is also possible.

    Of course! After stowing your luggage you can reopen your locker, without ending your reservation.

    Unfortunately, your reservation IS NOT REFUNDABLexcept in case of our responsibility, for example, for any system malfunctions.

    If you have problems depositing or picking up your luggage, you can contact us by email at info@lockyourluggage.com, or via our Facebook and Instagram pages.

    Should you arrive at your depot after closing time you will necessarily have to pick up your luggage the next day when the luggage locker point ( LyL ) reopens.

    At the time of pickup you will be asked to pay an additional fee for the hours in excess, compared to your executed reservation. We recommend that you take care to be on time to avoid problems!

    In case of delay, when you pick up your luggage, the system will ask you for an additional payment for the hours of use in excess of your reservation. You can easily settle the difference with your credit card and proceed to pick up your luggage.

    It is possible to reserve our lockers from one-hour rentals, up to 30-day rentals. For longer rentals, make contact with our staff

    Our luggage lockers are available for maintaining both small, medium and large luggage.

    You can do this in two quick and easy ways:

    Book online - Choose your reservation details on the deposit page you intend to use and proceed to payment by credit card or PayPal.

    Book directly in the luggage lockers of your choice - In just a few minutes you can book inside the luggage locker using the touchscreen: select the details of your rental and proceed to payment by credit card.

    Within 10 minutes of booking you will receive an email where the QR code will be present that will be used to pick up your luggage. Also check your spam folder!

    Don't delete the email, you'll need it to pick up your bags!

    Our luggage storage depots in both Torino and Florence are open 365 days a year from 7:00 am to 11:00 pm.
